Hey guys, ive just broke 100M record for SouthEast England

Hi, im proud to say that i have just beaten the under 15 100m regional sprint time with a new record of 10.9 seconds. My dream is to beat the world record of 8.9 seconds. thanks if you read btw im 14

Where do you train? withdean stadium is best i think but eastbourne has better equipment.

I don't think equipment would be the biggest factor in running. If you can run you can run I doubt usain bolt had high quality gear to use before he broke the record.

10.9 is like the womens world record. But 8.9 is impossible.

 

usain will beat 8.9, he slowed down at the end so it was easier for him next time around. lol

There is bound to be things online of such an athletic break through at only 14.
