Few Questions regarding Job listings

Before anyone asks, yes I know the rules 100%, but I'm getting these posts for the record so I don't get infracted, I'm being VERY CAREFUL, so even though I know the rules, I'm 100% clarifying.

Job listing and resumes rules state that its 1 hiring thread per section.

however, does this rule apply if its for 2 unrelated things such as if I want to hire Livechat workers, then make a separate thread hiring someone to take a specific payment method for me?

The rules seem to change by the section, as the sandbox does actually allow 2 separate threads like that(one for miniranks one for buying sig spaces), so I'm making sure I'm okay to post 2 vs instead of 1.
