It is a weird level to be at in attack, Remember that whips do not have strength option thus you will be pking in attack mode, you will eventually go up to 71, you may be able to hide this but if you are close to level 71 then you are either selling a ruined pure or selling an incomplete level 75, just my input though.
Since it is level 95 in dungeoneering this account would sell the same perhaps even better at level 80 attack.
