What's the preferred bot client?

I've been developing professionally in Object Oriented Languages like C#/Java, and I used to play Runescape years ago and still remember a lot about it since I played til maxing.

Now I want to develop scripts full-time, for fun but mostly for money. Programming skills are not an issue for me, I just want to know what the most popular bot client is to take requests and release premium scripts.

It used to be RSBot and RSBuddy back in my day!
