What's the most expensive skill to level to 99?

Prayer and Construction for sure..

Incorrect, Herblore is the most expensive skill in the game to train. Prayer is the second most expensive, while Construction is the third. You have Smithing and Summoning in the correct order, though.

 

Herblore, if you decide to use one of the quicker methods.

 

not true because of soulwars. I say summoning since your forced into buying shards.

 

Between Prayer and Herb, If you take the uneasy route of Herb you can make money back i believe. Construction is way up there aswell

 

construction isn't as exspensive as people say, get stealing creation hammers.

and heres the exspensive ones in order

1: Herblore(200m+ unless u do p pots)
2: prayer(about 175m)
3:construction(can do for 120m if you do it right)

k? i just got 99 herblore about 2 weeks ago and it cost me 220m, you could do p pots but you'd be making about 100k p pots for 99.

 

I think the question of this thread isn't taking time as a factor, and with that into consideration it would obviously be Herblore. It could cost you 400M to obtain 99 Herblore with some of the fastest methods,and Prayer is rougly 200-250M.

 

Definitely prayer, while i would say herblore is in second.

 

Maybe if your doing thrones

And also you can get Herb cheap if you do serums, slow as hell, but if you don't have bank, thats the method for you.

 

Depends completely how you're doing it. Could be Ranging, if you do it with dragon arrows, not picking them up.

Could be training Strength if your doing it with corrupt Statius warhammer.

rf you do it the most usual way, it's Herblore I guess.
