What's the minimum tier/div too boost?

Hi I'm a gold 4 player (with platinum 3 mmr) I'm also a platinum 3v3 player.

I wonder what's the minimum tier/div too boost on this site? Can I boost people up to gold atleast?

If so I would like to be verified.

As I said I'm platinum on 3v3 and I'm that on 2 accounts with rewards unlocked. So I don't know how I can verify that I did the provisionals as I played about 70 games in the team.

If anyone who's a booster verifier could take 30 minutes of their time to play or watch me play a game.

I understand if I'm verfied as I stated I know that I won't be able to boost up to platinum 3 since my league isn't there but my mmr is. That's understandable.

I hope I posted this in the right section of the forum.
