    A question about paypal

Do you absolutely need to confirm a bank account in order to receive+spend money? I am having bank issues at the moment and I wanted to know if I could still create a paypal account.

I believe if you make a US account you need to add some sort of verification but Canadian and Australian accounts are able to send and receive money without adding a bank/cc.

You must have your PayPal verified if you are wanting to send/receive large quantities of money. If you live in Australia or Canada it is not required to add a bank or credit card. If you need any further help, please PM me.

You can also just do a request money and it usually gets by the "bank account required," situation.
