worst day ever on rs

today i lost 130m gambling i literally lost 17 bets in a row ranging from 30m down to 2m and now i have a pile of exactly 0

all this started basicly because runescape doesnt really entertain me that much anymore and i always turn to gambling
any ideas to keep this game interesting
my acc has 95 prayer all reqs for turmoil 55 range mage and str 50 const 40 attack and only like 5 quests left for turmoil

should i complete the account then sell it for hopefully the amount that i have lost + price of turmoil 85m or keep playing i would love your ideas

 

You should complete the account and sell it and if you didnt gamble you could do skilling on your account with the 130M or sell the rsgp and get some cash

 

i think if you sell you will be making a mistake... just take a little break and see how you feel after a few days,

 

Play another game until you miss Runescape because a boring game isn't very fun.

 

I'm dealing with the same problem man. The only thing that keeps me interest about RS is the IRL money making aspect of it now.

 

yer i mean i really wanna have this acc for the eoc but i just need a few ideas of what i could do to keep me entertained while playing rs

ive had an idea to try and get necromancer robes and also a slayer helm

I suggest you complete your account and then sell it.

 

Don't sell it. Take a break, you'll get over the lose of the money soon and have a drive to make it back.

 

I've experienced the same sort of situation as you. i got over it after like 1-2 weeks.

 

As prayer wont affect combat level in the eoc I would say get turmoil asap and just skill /make a bit of cash back until eoc. Then you can low lvl pk with turmoil and rape everyone?!

Why not take a small break like everyone suggested above, and finish those 5 quests left. If you need RSGP you can always buy some as it's dirt cheap.

 

Adding to this, if you go and play another game you may come back and appreciate RS more and then you may realise you don't need to gamble and you can finish off your account then.

(Also: how can you have a pile of 0 coins :S?)

 

That's an amazing game for EOC. If you can't bear playing the game with 0 cash, then don't play it.

BUT, don't sell the account, you're going to easily make your money back from pking once EOC comes out.

The good thing is, 130m is only around $50 bucks. Sell some console games, get a job, do something to make that money back.

Or, train in-game, for the 130m although it might be hard because of your low combat level.

Either way, don't sell the account until EOC comes out and you know what pking on such an account will be like.

 

thanks for the advice guys i think i am going to complete the account and see what its like with turmoil and if i need rsgp i can always buy it as i do have a pretty steady income and not much expenditure

 

happens to me all the time, but i end up making bank back just trust yourself set a limit when you reach it leave.

Bro, I know it sucks. But to make you feel better, I've lost 1b+ in 1 day, lost a lot of bets in a row... It sucks. Really. :S but life goes on! Don't worry about it

 

Just finish the acc and sell it
