Inv for 13 def korasi pure to fight pest queen on VSB?

So im about to do the void stares back now. First off, here's my stats. I'm cb 91.

Attack- 78
Strength- 87
Defence- 13
Ranged- 81
Mage- 96
Summoning- 57
Hp- 80

It would be great if someone could give an in detail inventory and armor advice. Remember, I'm 13 defence. Thanks!
