Whats the best thing to alch at the moment?

Just got a Alching bot, and i want 94 mage, whats the best way for me to get this?

Post sites/Ideas.
Try to make sure these are items that actually sell for the price needed to not loose, or loose very little.

Battle Staffs are always good.

 

If you have 40m to spend, id suggest go for mage long or yew long or air battlestaff, but be aware every 4 hours you only get 100 air battlestaff's and yew/mage longs, you get 5k I think per 4 hours wich is more then enough.

 

I suggest to superheat steel bars. You might only get 45-55k magic exp an hour but you also make some cash.

My friend used to do Addy Platebodies, but I think you can only buy 100 every four hours, plus they cost around 9k each.

Maple longbow (u) is the best item to alch, if you want BULK alching.
