What's the best screeny taking program ?

Need a program that's easy to use to take pictures of accounts as ik currently trying to sell one need a quick reliable way of taking pics

 

if it is for rs you could use swiftkit as it got insta screen shot in it+other useful features like a playlist setting, treasure trail guides, skill calcs, stop watch, timer, notepad and some other useful features

like chloe said, it's simple and instantly copy to your clip board. I use it, it's great.

 

Another advantage is that you can set it so you can have it save the screenshots in a folder in your computer automatically.

 

Why not just paint? I know it does my jobs.. You've got it installed, its fast & free.

 

I used to, Puush is far easier. Click a button, drag it, saved & uploaded instantly.. what more can you need

 

greenshot is a good program, has imgur in it and also photo editing

 

Yeah, used lightshot for a week or something, but It had ads etc on the loading page, plus you couldn't embed image. But when I got puush it was faster easier and it wasn't limited to an area. And I could embed images much easier, and take more pictures.

 

If you're a crazy person like me who doesn't like having these unnecessary programs, you can do a printscreen or alt+printscreen and past the contents into paint, then simply select the portion you want to upload and do ctrl+C then go to imgur and ctrl+V.

It really doesn't take all that long to do.

Puush is the best/most convenient by far.

 

Puush is pretty good, though it's funny with the area selector on mine and I have to press ESC often to reset it.

 

I stopped using Puush a while ago, but here's something that bothers me about it

Any images that have been taken will expire, even old images. So that becomes an issue if those old images will need to be seen in the future. Take scam reports here on Sythe. If someone gets banned for scamming via proof taken with puush, and 6 months later (assuming the pic taker was a pro user and the image wasn't looked at in that time) then the evidence will be gone. How many scam reports from the past 2+ years with puush images will start losing their evidence? I was a staff member on a private server for almost a year and a lot of our evidence was taken using Puush and now a lot of that may end up being deleted. It's fine, obviously, for casual image sharing - but if the pictures you take need to last, then I don't recommend puush.

Currently, I use a program called ShareX. It's got the same general functionality as Puush, but a lot more features and uploading options such as Imageshack, Tinypic and, what I use, Imgur. Those sites, and the others it offers, have been up for a long time and the images won't be deleted.

That's my preference anyway.

 

Puush can even upload text to a .txt link.

 

I should think about upgrading soon, I usually just Prnt Scrn and paste in Paint. There I edit out the sensitive stuff like IP's or RSN's and I upload the pictures to http://tinypic.com/

 

puush is pretty cool but when you start having almost full on files it's starting to lagg and sometimes it doesn't make screenshots anymore via hotkey button which can be anoying sometimes. all the rest i find it the best screenshot program
