Apple's Newest Concept

Apparently Apple is claiming to uncover the secret to anti-gravity and marketable holographic technology by 2020 with their new phone design-- the Apple Black Hole





Do you think this will ever be possible, would you purchase this phone, and how do you feel about the holographic ball idea?

I don't think the anti-gravity part is possible, however I do think this crystal ball has potential to greatly advance our technological understanding and capabilities concerning holographic imaging. I don't know HOW it's supposed to work, but my idea is that the internal structure refracts the light in specific ways as the projected image enters a specific point on the ball. It's a cool idea, but even if it's perfected and marketed, I don't think I would ever buy it. I have trouble keeping track of my earbuds, there's no way I would NOT lose that tiny black ball.

 

8 years a long time from now, I'm sure they will pull through, but there will be other brands that would create great things as well.

Remember the 90's? You would never have believed that there would be such thing as touchscreen on either mobiles or laptops. The world's inventions are moving at a very fast pace, and I won't be surprised if such thing does come out by then. But do keep in mind the competitors, they would all be racing each other on who could come up with the next "Iphone/mac". By that, I mean how the Iphone and apple laptop that dominated the market.

 

I might buy it if it's the only thing of it's type around. But since I'm not one to purchase something when it first comes out, I'm sure there will be better ones.

 

Anti-Gravity??? What is that supposed to mean? Its apple though you never know what they are going to pull off.

Doubt it, unless Apple are planning an 8 year troll. Would be pretty cool to have something like this, although no telling what matter of thousands it would cost.

 

Must be one hell of a price tag on it.

 

It will be a close call...as of now I doubt it being that here in "The Rocket City" *hint hint... we are having some trouble with similar concepts.

Completely ridiculious and incorrect. Notice the spelling errors noamyoungerm had pointed out, along with the fact that there is no claim of this sort by Apple.

 

Would be a cool thing, but I don't think I'd buy it, kinda useless for me.

 

I lol'd. Anti-gravity? We don't even have artificial gravity yet, we're a long ways off of anti-gravity. The former being much, much easier to produce.. Trying to turn off a fundamental law of physics is easier said than done. This is a really bad fake.
