Official Zeah (New Continent) Discussion Thread

If you don't know already, Zeah, is the new continent that Jagex is making. They released a video on youtube about it a couple months ago. They say it will be extremely big (50% of the current world map if I remember correctly), and will bring a bunch of new content and cities to the game. One of these for example is a giant Colosseum, which will be a Roman based town that focues on combat.

What do you guys think of this new continent?
Do you think this will be a good or bad update?

Wow, this'll be a big update. It looks good, but I really really hope they don't release too much at once. I'd actually like to see 07 progress slower (imo they shouldve released achiev diaries one at a time). Don't want too much change to the nostalgic feel. Either way, this should be exciting.

 

What do you guys think of this new continent? Everyone will be hyped for first 2 - 3 weeks, yeah I guess i can't wait hopefully they will bring new training methods and faster exp rates in the game.
Do you think this will be a good or bad update? More then likely it's going to be good update who doesn't want new content lol.
When do you expect this giant update to come? Mid summer ish.

I expect to see for sure knew armour since there will be new slayer monsters, but new firecape not sure.

What do you guys think of this new continent? I need to see more before I can give accurate criticism. The continent needs to come with a quest to access it (a quest that all players can do).

Do you think this will be a good or bad update? Depends on the skilling methods they add. It needs to be balanced well.

When do you expect this giant update to come? 2-3 years honestly.

 

I don't really like change but Zeah may be good for us, even if it is like doubling the map size.

I am kinda on the fence about Zeah at this point.

a 50% map increase seems huge. i like the updates the team has been bringing and i am excited for this. it will def be a huge update

 

Cool that they are doing it but IMO a little bit too late, I personally think these places will be dead anyway, because when I go to most worlds, it's all the same, maybe 1 person in each place.
