How long does it take for a ban appeal?

I submitted an appeal for an account banned 7 years ago for macroing. Crazy thing is I submitted it a month ago and it is still pending. Does it usually take this long?

 

Depends, could take up to a month sometimes. Members accounts are usually looked at quicker than free players. You may have better luck emailing [email protected] about it if you get no reply.

 

sometimes it does,im surprised you werent auto unbanned since you mate your account so long ago.

 

Being Banned for 1 month + = that you're not a member. Also whilst your account is locked you can't add membership to it. So I'm sure being a member or not has nothing to do with them reviewing banned accounts.

I submitted my appeal 9 months ago and it's still pending.
