What's the best appeal to get unbanned from a 'macroing minor'

Alright, so I got banned back in 07 and i some how get another appeal from 09. In my last appeal I admitted to macroing and how I realized its ruined the game and to give me a second chance ect. ect. it was well written but it didn't work. Anyone know an effective method or if its even worth a try to appeal again?
