    honestly just meditate at the end of the day for 5-10 mins reflecting

    What's something small you can start doing today to better yourself?

    Go to sleep 1 hour earlier than normal, I struggle with going to bed at night so this is a tough one for me but the benefits are huge, The importance of sleep is massive, Might sound hypocritical but give it a try! :)

    What's something small you can start doing today to better yourself?

    I use weed to feel better. I used to have a very sensitive sleep and I often could not fall asleep. This prevented me from being active all day. I smoked every third day during the week. And now I sleep very well. This link webpage really cheers you up.

    What's something small you can start doing today to better yourself?

    Small and easy? Consistant good sleep is what comes to mind. You'd be surprised how good you feel when you wake up feeling like its the first time you've slept. With the water thing, it only really has a "feel" effect if you've been dehydrated. Ultimately it helps with other things that promote better wellbeing, like sleep.
