Metal guitar of choice?

Personally I'd want a B.C Rich KKV, I don't own one but I've tried them, pretty brutal. I own a Dean Dime Razorback (shard finish), I wish I got the rusty one though because those look right sick.
I'd like to hear what other good metal guitars would be.
I guess this thread can be open to other genres too.

You can never go wrong with the Les Paul, but there are better guitars for pure metal than it.

 

I used to own the Synyster Custom, bitchin' pickups in that one, the only thing I don't like is the "SYN" and the deathbat as inlays, I don't want some other guys name plastered all over my guitar.

 

That is a impossible question to answer, as almost every form of metal has a completely different style of playing etc.
