am i *:lined?

not sure, but i have a suspicion why.

(too Mr. X.. you trying to get rid of me from the irc has nothing to do with what id be doing)

 

If you are *:Lined it will tell you. If you cannot connect to the server, then you have a problem.

 

it doesnt ..

i connect and get up to the part where it asks me to identify.
i cannot /msg or /join
(no response from server)

even though i connect at first, i keep timing out..

edit: to clarify, i would like to know if im banned/*:lined or not (& if i am, a reason), because i CAN get around this problem, but want to know if its an error on my end, or im actually banned (cos if i go on, ill get in trouble for that icky rule called ban evading )
