How will the upcoming dung update effect selling floors?

I want to know your opinion of this upcoming update. Do you think it will make the selling clans lower their price? Or do you believe it will have a minimal effect? Post your thoughts and comments on this soon to be update.

 

i wont do anything really. prices will continue to same the same (around 3m).

 

It will make floors so much easier now that keys are shared.

 

Any specific reason you think that? Since their now able to open doors after simply calling keys instead of buying/selling it will be saving more time for each floor

 

I think prices will stay the same, but clans will promise faster dungeon guarantees in return.

 

I'm pretty sure prices are bound to lower a little.

For saying they will stay the same, do you think they will change the refund rate? And with the refunds being at a lower time they prices could very well rise... Or maybe the prices lower with refund staying the same?

 

I think that the price will go down. Baring in mind people can just stand at the x colours doors until someone find the key(s).. Staking will also mean more things so less chance of dying. A tool belt will save the time going to the smuggler and getting it. All of this equates to much easier, and quicker floors.

 

all i can see from this are faster floors for the top dung leeching cc's , seems better for everyone

 

If the same amount of work with the same results takes less time, and the man hours cost the same, then the price for the same result (price per floor) is going to cost less. It's common sense.

 

But for the floors going faster, they will be expected to key faster, which will lead to people complaining about the same refund time. So to please everyone about the refund they would most likely lower that and it seems to me people are more interested in the lower refund time since the host will have to do the floor faster... Seeing as the buyer could simply go to another chat and pay the less for a floor that's longer,

Tldr; Do you think lower refund would make prices rise at all even with the faster keying method?
