Question about staking!

I have never staked before and I got a good guy i think i can start doing it on

70atk/83str/70def/73range/95mage so i can acient them right? and whats tecniques i can use and whats boxing 1-5m and stuff can someone enlighten me about this subject? Thanks

yes but that doesn answer my question, whats boxing and stuff.

 

boxing is no armor/wep fight. You just punch each other hence "boxing."
Mage boxing is similar except you can only use magic and most ppl if not all use shadow/blood barrage. I would like to do this as i am already 99 magic but im unsure if lower def would be a disadvantage to me.
