I had given me the date 2/23/2011 and all the normal junk it had said rw trading and everything was crossed out for "jagex error" now I logged back in to screen shot it and post pic and the entire things gone?

Wtf is going on here??? Do I worry about being banned soon? I've botted sense the 23 twice, this is not the account with botting ban (isn't banned as well) I'm talking about. do you think its safe to bot more, or just shut down for awhile,ever,what?

 

If your character doesnt have any messages in his account, then it's a phishing scam most likely.

That is a very common phish scam it is not real, jagex doesn't email you about your account and on the rare chance they did they would have included account name and address.

Also, you can right click the link that was provided and hit copy link location, paste it down in a notepad/word doc and notice it doesn't lead to runescape.com but some variation (DO NOT VISIT THAT PAGE ITS NOT RS)

 

Don't click those links, they're a phisher.

i bought 50m 3 days ago and got a message today saying my account has been banned for RWTING lol.. looked so real aswell

 

Ik that's why I was like aw fuck jagex caught me, I broke the rule's ofcorse I'm going to think I got busted.

That's how the cops get you too. They tell you they have proof and you're like, "god damn I fucked up", then their like, "yahh you did, we didn't have shit untill 3 seconds ago," and that boy's and girls is how I got my disorderly for punching a cop in the face.

Not really an excuse =/. Because when you click on the link and if you check at the top of your browser (the url) you'll see it's NOT runescape.com.

 

Its a fake, always check your accounts inbox.

 

don't do it, it's nothing to worry about, your account is safe, just don't go to that website and log in...DONT GO TO IT AND LOG IN!

 

I've recieved this to.

First off. I'm not positive.. but I believe jagex's email is "Noreplay@jagexltd" that email I got was from "Jagex Ltd." So that gave me the first suspicion.

Next, jagex wouldn't email you, they'd send it to your ingame box. And your offences. So don't fall for that email.

Delete it, and block the user sending it.

 

If you haven't already, change your password IMMEDIATELY.
