What’re the best pure/void account builders?

Can you guys suggest some top notch pure and void ranger pure account builders? I’ve messaged a few people but it seems like they’re confused on what they require and it’s just making me nervous. I was wanting the pure fully trained and quested and the void ranger fully trained and quested. It would be my accounts being trained I don’t want to buy any accounts from someone.

 

You'd have to give them a list of all the requirements I reckon.
