Information about the trade:
Well as you can see that I have indeed sent the payment. And he says that the account I sent it to was limited for the reason that, Paypal is not permitted in Afghanistan. He then said, he would try and sell some existing accounts in order to pay my 15 dollars, which I believed. He clearly states he will pay me back. But has never contacted me since. Also, I reversed the transaction already for safe keeping, and yet it's been nearly 2 weeks since i've last heard from him. Also, in image 8, is a message i sent to him, following a warning if he was to not reply to my message. He never did. He also has a thread running for the account I was willing to buy. I looked through his profile, he only seems to have 1 vouch. For any other additional information please contact me, so I can provide it for you.
