Should Drugs be legalized and taxed?

Of course if the question was should marijuana be legalized and taxed im sure even more people would support...

It depends. Drugs like Crack Cocaine and Heroin will NEVER be legalized. They are to dangerous and too big of a problem. Marijuana on the other hand aren't too much of a problem. You can't overdose on it. The worst that can happen is that you pass out unless the marijuana is laced with something. When its legalized if ever, lets all meet up and smoke some fat blunts.

 

If we legalize marijuana there will be more lazy people so i dont know...

 

I don't think any drugs should be legalized, not even marijuana. I'm sick of dumbass people who smoke Marijuana, ya, it gives you a good feeling and the high is great, but fuck it, get high off life, shit..

 

I'd still smoke Marijuana if it was taxed, its a price I'm willing to pay for legalization, it would probably be cheaper than the street price anyway

We should get rid of everything that can help people then. Drugs are a way of curing people. What makes them "dumbass people"?

 

I didn't mean medical drugs, even though marijuana is used sometimes, I mean all these dumbass kids who think it's fun and cool to get a high off marijuana. I don't think it should be legalized due to that.

I think the only way it will be legalized is if it would be taxed, so yes. It'd be grown and no way to differentiate between home grown and bought so I'm sure it'd be a lot cheaper.
