I think this should be more aware then. Community feedback is important in my eyes as it probably as in others too

 

@gambling_babz i'm making a suggestions thread highlighting some ideas in this now, but as @King said, users have the option to PM the staff member handling the pardon, and honestly, your opinion usually wouldn't sway any of the staff. Most are selected due to their ability to make decision's based on what is best for the community in their own opinion (My take on part of moderating), but I see where you are coming from.

 

I don't really think public opinion would sway the staffs decisions however I do think they should have a say in what the final answer is whether it be a small percent or whatnot. But like I said, it needs to be super descriptive and detailed (a public members opinion) on if somebody should stay banned or not.

 

I'd change 90% of the staff team.

Focus on building a more increased traffic rate opening up a'lot more threads that appeal to people with social media. Example:
Youtube/Twitch livestream thread Were you can advertise and build audiences other than just simple ''Media''

Improve the detonator perks
£200 is best and that's simply for a UI. There should be more perks for donating other than trying to make more sales.

Again Improve the staff to make more people want to donate and help push the site forwards.

Have a team in constant search of games with a market involved rather than waiting for a suggestion. We could be finding games with a market that's not highly common but is still common to again increase traffic on the site.

I'd implement a timer system for auctions allowing people to post an item either with or without it. Example:
Auction main account : 14 days - Final bid takes the account / Goodies they've purchased.

I'd have a IM executed perfectly to increase more messaging on site rather than Discord and Skype. Like facebooks. Sythes tried and failed but if executed perfectly it could be flawless to the site.

I'd find more ways to increase the value of SG as it's just a wasted currency currently.

Again : I'd have more understanding and caring staff.

I'd change the suggestion section to make approved ones be worked on and added other than sitting in approved.

I'd make the real life sales more appealing to more items other than computer parts and trading cards.

I'd be finding ways to make more ''Guests'' Register. This would involve one of the above : Having a team finding more market outside of sythe and bringing it in otherthan waiting for it to come into suggestions. (Currently 1,147 Guests and 367 members ) as i'm writing this.

I'd open up the graphics sections in the graphic market place.
- Twitter graphics / Youtube / Facebook / Blog / Twitch and so on allowing it to be found with a little more ease on a search and opening up more of a market for designers.
Same would go for Editing to increase editors on the site. There is many Freestlye Editors on Youtube and other platforms who would be here editing Videos/Clips for people if advertised more.

My main focus would be making all users feel welcome and increasing growth of the site

 

Honestly the only thing I would change is whomever is running the RSPS, I was so interested and hype to play it and non of the bugs get fixed. Unfortunately I'm no coder or developer by any means but would be nice to have an active developer to fix the issues. Aside from that everything else seems perfectly fine in my opinion.

 

I agree with this. Would 100% play it over OSRS

 

Maybe a dedicated protocol for RAS to ensure that judgement isn't biased.
Have more warning and such for new members. Makes me cringe when someone that joined earlier today has just sold an expensive account to a noob.
Remove staking rentals.
Also would demote staff that are corrupt, mostly those that give each other scam repayments instead of rolling them, you know who you are.
^staff and such should make enough to cover their time from the extra premium they're able to charge due to their trust (increased margins on trades) + there's plenty more willing to take places.
