What's the best thing to range for profit/xp?

I'm currently 80 ranged, and I was doing blue drags when I started wondering if there was a better thing to range for profit.

I'm level 71, with 40 defence, and 69 hp.
Don't say aviansies. Temple of Ikov isn't done yet.

 

Why shouldn't we suggest aviansies? They're great and all u need is troll stronghold, 40 pray and 60 str (or 60 agility)

And the next best thing is defienatly blue drags at that dungeon u can go in after watchtower quest

Aviansies would be the best or go to Black Dragons/Blue/Green.

 

I used to think the same, "stuff that i aint doing temple ikov, for avies i hate quests". Well with your stats you would do ok at avieis and if you took some good gear and bones to peaches you could most likely make a mil or 2 a trip. If not avies i suggest the following:
+ black dragons futher in the dungeon near fally.
+ Green drags in the wild (using game necklace method easy 250k an hour, 20k xp)
+ fire giants are still good for drops (100k profit an hour, 30k xp)
+ go to steel drags (100k an hour or so in rune drops, chances of drag etc and visage)
+ and mabye not the best method for you doing burrows using range. Only 5K xp per trip you do but you have the chance of getting burrows drop and you always get runes.

avansies would be the best, but up to you...

 

I'd reccomend fire giants, decent xp and drops, requires a Waterfall quest done.

 

aviansies are the one and only choice.
why not do a quest that takes 10 min's instead of wandering around runescape fore hours getting less income then at aviansies...

I would suggest fire giants or stick with blue drags imo> Take it from me, ive been ranging for profit since 85 range and im currently 91 range. i like firegiants because i can camp there for a very long time and the drops are solid and consistantly good. Blue drags are beter money and when paired with a terrorbird tehy are great. I highly suggest the watchtower dungeon dragons these are by far the best. Also since ur 80 range and rising void is a must have for training. Zammy book with irons knives are good but ive found that broad bolts are better exp per hour actualy. With a range pot, void and eagle eye i can hit 38's on blue drags. Its kinda fun Plus blues drop lv 3 clues which are usally god for at least a 100k reward or possibly millions.

Avainsies would be good money, but a combo of firegiants and blues would be better exp per hour and be more worth while imo. Honestly if i were you just buy 15mill off r2 pleasent and chin to 90 range, and still have like 5mill left over for pking supplies etc...



For those who want to range blue drags for money here are 2 tips.
tip #1 I have my house in yannaile where watchtower blue drags are located. Sop when i run to the dungeon i recharge my pray points so i use eagle eye until my pray runs out, (normally i get 11 drags in) then on my next trip i recharge my pray again.

tip #2 I use a terrorbird for running from dunegon to bank and also for an extra 12 invent spots. If u have 67 summonining you could use war tortsise but the seconds for those are very expensive.

You could try black dragons @ taverly dungeon or evil chicken's lair for both steady profit (hides + bones) and a chance at visage, although your ranged level might be little too low right now.

green or black dragons, gets me a good profit per hour with 95 range.
