What will be the next item that is worth a lot?

Back in the days when I played, Party hats were maybe 5-15k each.
They looked stupid, and not many people bought them.
They turned out to be in the 100's Mills.
Those geeky people turned rich.
Like nerdy real life people get rich.
The strong fights killed NPC's that dropped santa hats, which they were in the 20-30m.
not that much, but pretty good.
What will be the next item if there is one?

JaGeX said they will not make anymore items retired or will they retired items that can be traded.

(they no longer do trade able holiday items due to people trying to get many items so when they do become valuable over time they can not stock pile)
