There are codes in courts that stop any Celebrities getting more Sympathy then you or I, but Depending on how bad, Long, How many people seen it and where it was done could change the hole process.

 

Just because those rules are in place, definitely doesn't mean they are followed by the juries/judges. Haven't you seen how many celebrities get off with just a spank? Its ridiculous. Its like when your objecting something, even though the defendant/plaintiffs lawyer has objected, the jury has heard it and the damage is done. It may not be viable for part of the dispute later when they convene, but its still looming in the back of their minds for sure.

Depending on the severity of the damage you caused, you could go to juvy, but more than likely you will not on assault like that. However, im assuming its going to be premeditated, and that will add to the plaintiffs case, just screwing you more with his big $ lawyer.
