Negative j coins credit?

So I purchased 750 zeals from kero right. He tells me through chat that im out of membership. So i just went there and it says im in negative credit. How the fuck do i have negative 165 j coins? My friend purchased my membership via paypal. How is it possible to have negative j coins. I don't even know what the fuck those are. Unless I am banned currently? idk i dont got any offences but 200 j coins is 20$. Could this mean that i'm "banned" I can't even logg into runescape atm with the acc

 

Actually it's more then just $20, I'm afraid...

When 2 of my accounts were pushed into negative credit by an upgrade scammer, I went through the following series of events:

-Paid the upgrade seller 18m for two 30 Day Membership Upgrades.
-5 Days later, the seller charged back, and both accounts were frozen.
-Paid $40.00 for 200 JCoins on each account, both accounts still frozen.
-After 8 e-mails back and forth with PayByCash Customer Support, I was notified that I'd be charged an additional $25.00 fee per account.
-Paid $60.00 for 3 Ultimate Game Cards (Sold in $20.00 increments) to pay off the $50.00 reversal fee.
-Accounts were unfrozen 3 days after the $50.00 fee was paid off, accounts were frozen for a total of 8 days.

In the end I had 2 accounts frozen for 8 days, $100.00 out of my own pocket, and 18m RSGP that the seller ran off with.

 

It means a payment made for one of your previous memberships was disputed/held. I suggest talking to your friend first, and seeing if he knows anything about it.

 

I once had negative credits about a month of two ago when I lent out my staker. The person on my account changed pass ect ect, and when my members ran out he got it again. Once I finally figured out how to recover my account, I found out it had negative J coins. I emailed the billing support, and told them that I had been hacked and thats how I got negative J coins.. They took off my negative balance and I was back to normal again.

 

SO what should I do, cuz the guy who got memens isn't responding to me

 

actually i tryednto log ontoday and had the same problem, -165 j coins? i never let anybody use my acc and nobody knows my password..ive used pins to upgrade every time and havent been a member for like 2-3months..i was jus about to make a thread on this myself couse i need help 2 :S

 

Resloved.... my friend chargedback jagex so i payed the 20$ to be out of negative, and now im freakn out 32$ for 1 month of members thats two times as much as WOW

 

Sorry to hear about that man. Try to find a more secure seller next time is the only advice I can give you, or just sell gold, then buy members from your Paypal.

 

When you decide to resolve this issue, you're going to need to buy a 3 month game card from Gamestop or somewhere else. You will end up with about 15 days remaining credit after paying off your negative credit.

Also, you might as well take this opportunity to get the katana.

 

Your friend must have done a chargeback and now you are negative membership. UGC will bring you out of membership.

 

this is why i suggest never getting membership from anyone anymore except the top 5 trusted upgraders here @ sythe.. or just spending 7$ real life and visiting your local CVS/convenient store/walmart as all these carry the rs upgrade cards -
this has happened to me couple times and now jagex has limited my payment options to /Pay by MAIL IN CASH/ and pay by phone

 

That sounds like an absolute nightmare to deal with

 

Your friend was obviously using an unreliable method of payment.. or just plain scammed you. Don't freak out. Swearing and getting man on a forum just makes you look like an idiot.
