What to do with these stats?

Hello Sythe members, I have been a long-time lurker here but don't post much. Most of you here play runescape and I wanted to get advice. As of right now, my stats worth mentioning are:

-79 attack
-75 strength
-70 defense
-55 summoning
-64 prayer
-68 magic
-71 ranged
-49 herblore
-51 dungeoneering
-70 slayer

I was planning to go for 80 dung to get chaotic and then to get bonecrusher, charming imp, and split tooth neck and be done with dungeoneering for a while. Assuming I had these items already what would be the best course of action for me to take to get better and get more money? I don't have much rn and am using barrows and cheap armor.

 

I would just hop to slayer right after you're done with your dungeoneering, it's fairly good xp and you can collect bones and charms for your pray/summon at the same time as levelling everything else. Seems like the best option for you, imo.

 

I'd just train slayer to 99, that should get your defence, attack and strength out of the way, this will also get you charms for 99 summoning, and thats another thing pretty much out of the way. Then range and mage is the easiest to train, I know you can get a ton of exp in the abyss. Invest your money into herblore and prayer, you might want to do that in the midst of training, as it will raise the exp per hour.

 

All the pros will suggest slayer. You build so much along with the training, including your bank.

 

slayer for sure, higher level slayer monsters are pretty good for money making and it will raise your combat stats along the way

 

Besides slayer, what else should I do? I've heard that Graardor gives a ton of melee XP per hour, and the chaotics are for PvM.

I also am looking to obtain Void Knight armor but it takes a very long time. Should I just continue AFKing hellhounds until I get lv80 melee stats or should I do PvM for it?

 

You should definitely get higher melee stats before going to bandos. I'd recommend 90+ to make it worth while going solo. Also at least 68 summoning and 96 herblore wouldn't do any harm for overloads. 92/5 prayer using curses are incredibly valuable when PvM'ing.

 

Is QBD doable with these stats and 60 summoning? I have 55 as you can see in the OP and I will most likely be getting to 60 on DXP weekend.

 

Do dungeoneering to get the rewards such as chaotics/bonecrusher/demon horn necklace/charming imp, then you want to train through slayer.

Doing this you'll rake in quite a bit of profit, and higher slayer levels opens you up to more monsters to kill that can make 2m+/hr while giving you good xp.

Collect all your charms and it would be best to use them during bxp. Best of luck!

 

You could either work on Dung and get 85 to kill frosts and make around 2m/h, or you could just work slayer and get the majority of your cmb stats up along with making decent cash as you get to the higher level tasks.

 

Tbh don't move to slayer until you have a charm imp from dung.

 

I would say slayer as much as possible. If you make 85 dungeoneering Frosts are a very viable money maker as well.

 

Get all requirements for elf city, get 90 attack and make money for drygores, maces are 50m ish currently so that's not to difficult. After that just focus on slayer and maxing combat related stats, 70-99 slayer should get you the charms for 92-98 summoning depending on what charms you loot.
Elf city is a must have in 2015 though.

 

I'd personally set yourself a target such as 60's cape, as that's pretty cool to get. Keeping all your skills level means a more rounded account, and some skills will be boring, but will still earn you money if you do it smartly.

 

I agree with this, but if you want to start making money, just go for 99 slayer.

Update: got 60 summoning this past dxp weekend. Also have 73 slayer, 80 attack, 75 ranged, and recently got 55 smithing and 63 crafting. I think I should go ranged, just not sure that mêlée is going to be very effective endgame for bosses like araxxor and rots. Anyone want to try and get me back into mêlée or convince me that magic is a better option?

 

Get your charm imp and then go straight to slayer. It'll be amazing xp for all stats. Plus some nice coin from it

 

grind some combat then go slayer.

 

update. now have 80 ranged, 74 slayer, 78 herblore, and 70 smith
