AFK meele training?

Wheres the best place, and how doable is it?

got like 300m, full torva and drygores, previously i'd use guthans but since i'm new to RS3 I don't know. 99/99/80, going for 99 def

 

Barraging at Abyss or barraging Dagannoths at Waterbirth island. Check youtube for detailed guides.

Could also kill Glacors, 500-600k xp/hour if done the right way, It's not afk at all though.

set up 1
Full guthans, steadfast boots, what ever amulet, pneumatic gloves, toklar-cape

set up 2
full bandos, drygores>chaotic maul>godsword, demon horned necklace,toklar cape,power gloves>pneumatic gloves, steadfast boots, bone crusher in inventory> soulsplit/turm activated

 

might give em' a go, would it be relatively AFK with full torva or would I have to be careful?

 

it would be afkable in full bandos, i wouldn't recomend the torva because the repair cost will add up and it not much better than bandos here, also if you have 90 dungeoneering along with 95 prayer you can soul split and use turm with almost infinitive prayer

 

I'm guessing that you're new to EOC. It is possible to gain pure defence xp when using magic spells.

Using barrage spells at Abyss is afk you get around 300k def xp/hour there. All you gotta do is click the button where your abilities are, press the magic tab. Then switch Magic combat xp to Defence.

 

Def using mage (whatsitcalled, barrage?) and range (cannon) @ dagganoths, not sure if this is still beast but it was when I did it

Using bonecrusher and twisted bird skull necklace means no food needed as well because bones recharge prayer and using sousplit now and again = win

it's not 100% afk, just need to pray every 20mins or so

 

Hellhounds @ Taverly resource dungeon, bonecrusher + necklace with soulsplit and turmoil and an sgs, no attention needed.

 

Hellhounds are amazing, as they stay aggressive for ages. Every so often I believe you do need to run out and back in, but it's like every 10 minutes. If not, defence using mage is good if you only want to train defence. With a cannon you get ranged xp aswell, and it provides you with a fuck-ton of charms. Just make sure you have charming imp and bonecrusher so you don't waste any xp.
