    but i dont know what to buy since im new!
    Please recommend me good champs with skins (might buy rp for skins!)

    What to buy?
    Can't answer that question. Everyone likes an array of champs. Everyones playstyle is different. Even with the skins, it's all personal preference.

    I'd suggest buying the champ pack, and testing out others on free weeks. Get to know your playstyle, and then focus on pinpointing certain champs.

    I'm guessing you'll play ADC if you're a fairly new player, Twitch, Corki, Ashe, Ezreal, Draven, Varus are all good ones in my opinion, I haven't used others such as tristana though.
