How To Become A Formula1 Driver??

Hey well ino this may be a stupid thread but hey

i love formula1 with passion, ive adored it since i was maby 5 ? and im 16 now, my dream is to become one id do the job if i didnt get paid id be willing todo what ever it takes , i just dont wanna live a life that has me doing a shitty job just to pay the bills and put a roof over my head, i relii reli reli want to be a formula 1 driver soo bad, anyone have an idea were to start, i asked my dad and he said u needa work ur way down from formula 3 and stuff, but i have no idea were to start?
