What can I do with my account?

So I am at the time again where I feel like playing runescape again. I gave my friend a turmoil pure which had 99 str, rang, magic. And 80 attack for the reaper.

Had 30-34def I think.

Now It has 75 def. Is there realy and advantage to this account anymore?
