What should I do?

My goal: Get 20m, so that I can buy enough alches to get 94 mage(Vengeance)

My stats:
99 ranged
82 str
72 attack
89 healthpoints
70 defence
44 prayer
74 mage

I would like to know what I should do to obtain 20mill.

Things I've tried and didn't like it
PvP
Bh
Darkbowing in pvp
Darkbowing in bh

PvP - Over the last 3 days I have pked at least 2.5mill, but the PvP system only gave me around 800k

Bounty hunter - No honor is everywhere, half the time you tele into clans at the centre of a crater

Darkbowing in pvp - Not an effective way at killing people at all, half the time you hit 8s/10s, even at 99 range.Huge risk of losing void too.

Darkbowing in bh - Same reason as darkbowing in pvp.
