Questions on making a staker.

So I've been browsing sythe and I really don't play rs legit anymore. (My friend put members on my main and I really only used the members to sell some members items to get rsgp for other accounts Xl). BUT I do wanna try staking.

SO, I was wondering what the best stats for a staker would be (including constitution so assume I'm using AutoSoulwars for ANY AND ALL stats).

In this question about best stats, also include stats that reach a combat level that gets matches easily. (Please no maxed boxers because, although I'd like to have one, I feel it would take too long to make one)
