It depends... What do you plan on doing with it? With its current stats it is unlikely that you could become a pure due to Defense being higher than the rest of the combat stats. Although if you wanted you could make it a lower lever staker. Possibly make it 70/50/70, that way you wouldn't have to do much training and you could still have your higher Defense. It would be good for you because your prayer is lower level so you will stay at a lower combat too. An alternative, if you are not into staking, could be making the account a tank. The only thing you would have to do is train your Ranged up a bunch and your Defense up to a point where you feel comfortable.. Whatever you decide to do GL with it.

I'd probably agree with this... go for staking. I'm not much of a pker (because I usually solo, and want to go into deep wildy) so I wouldn't know about pkers much.
