complete all ur quest , then get ur smithing to 99,although u might need some cash though

Get atleast 70 prayer and get 94 mage. Then you can pk.
I suggest 99 Strength also.
P.s, 70 Prayer would take 30 mins, and would cost 11M with frost dragon bones, its worth it though..

 

Spend your money on 70 prayer, it'll come in hand with your future slayer tasks.

Tbh, I would not train your str, keep it level with your other combat skills, but I would suggest getting your total up, maybe all skills above 60, and I personally like Herblore and Magic so I would raise those two...get barrage
