Does anyone think I can do Tzhaar Caves (Fire Cape) with these stats?



First time I did it, ( Was about 4 days ago ), haven't done it since; I got to JAD, but I let my friend do it, since he's reached it numeral times before, but failed to get it because, a wrong prayer by a second. To shorten it, he died. So today I decided to give it one more try.

Stats were the same 4 days ago as they are now.

I brought:

Wearing:
Zamorak Mitre*
Zamorak Stole*
Black D'hide Body
Verac Skirt*
Snakeskin Boots
Rune Crossbow
Barrows Gloves
1K Addy bolts & 300 Diamond Bolts(e)
Archers ring



Inventory:
300 Diamond Bolts(e)
5 Tuna Potatoes
Range Potion(4)
7 Saradomin Brews(4)
13 Super Restores(4)

*I tried to take more prayer bonus items since my prayer is only 60.

At wave 62 I had 5 Super Restores(4), 1 Super Restore(2) & only one Sara Brew(4).

Any idea what I should change in my inventory & what I'm wearing? I know I can reach it, but a change in items so I can do it better, I had trouble with the 360's, took forever to kill them ( Use Diamond Bolts(e) on them ).

Help?

 

I would get guthans as it owns tbh.


I used guthans and arma + dfs after taking a break from rs for 3 weeks and got the cape on the first attempt.

 

Yeah, i think you could do it but it would be easier with Guthans.

 

You could do it easily with those stats.

I wouldn't recommend taking that stuff though but i can't be bothered writing out a full guide for you.

 

I do have full guthans, Can you point me in the direction of a guide? Or a sum-up of how to do JAD with guthans?

 

well firstly get rid of the tuna, so pointless secondly dont worry about your pray bonus just use defence bonus its alot better for mains.

18 Super Restores(4)

Instead of Black top & Bottom bring Black Dhide Body and Chaps and your good to go.

 

Yeah easily. You see pures who get it with 43 pray and 60 range.. Your fine

 

You can do it but i'd suggest getting some more bolt(s). I'd say get about 1-2k to be sufficient for the entire cave.

Levels are good but I'd suggest a few purple sweets too.

Don't use guthans.

Your gear is good, verac helm would be better though.

You may feel like you're killing the 360's slow, but you're probably killing them at a good pace if you're wearing that gear with diamond (e), remember when people do capes they always get paranoid and find a way to make themselves think they are doing terrible or somehow messed up with gear/inventory.

I've done lots of capes and the inventory I suggest (matching the gear you're wearing) would be: 2 Ranging Potions, 7/8 brews, 19/18 super restores.

Easy, subsitute the tuna potatoes for more brews and leave a spot for purple sweets. They heal 1-3 , 10% energy and are stackable
