    Yeah you can, 20 def isn't a problem, it will probably even help you. Is it going to be F2P or P2P?

    Mage isn't a problem, but you should give it a try, this account can still rock in the wildy if you train it to a high level.

    20 def is a problem you're going to get molested by 1 def unless you get to 40 att , at least 80-90 str 40 def and 90-99 range.

    You could still make a pure with these stats, but I agree with foxichu. The stats are still really low, just start a new one with 1 def.

    If you do dragon slayer and stay 40 defence, then get much higher other stats you'll be fine ;)

    Restart. 20 defence for a f2p range 2her is a complete waste of useful str/hp levels

    I have to agree with him, thats only a few days botting I would recommend starting over.

    Actually I'd say the opposite. It will definitely help him, although pures don't like fighting people with def, if he just has a studded body on along with coif, d'hide legs and vambs (once he gets 40 range) then pures will still fight him. I know, from personal experience.

    Studded body isn't going to offer much compared to a good 9 strength levels

    mhmm get 30def for addy as you can wear the chain mail while ranging as it doesnt effect it much + youll tank out range
