Any one have any tips on how to improve this and where i should train

Get 90 Range / 82 Mage and play around in low crater.

when the new PvP comes out, you have to camp out on lvl 5-10 and farcast / dbow with smite. 20 def will make sure you you'll freeze them even if they have dhides.

Get around 85 range and 82 mage with dt done and you'll own with farcast + d bow spec. If you have full void that's even better.

99 range, 52 prayer, 94 magic...That should about cover it if you DO NOT want melee stats. Maybe 99 Defense if you want to be an ultimate tank ( To obtain this, PEST CONTROL WITH RANGE and DEFENSE MAGIC BURSTS FOR MAGE)

I'd say just work on range and consider getting prayer up since you already have some.

When you have high enough range, you won't need strength or magic or even defence, so don't even bother with those.

The new PvP will be a prayfest, just like P2P med crater.
