What should I do to my car next?

I was wondering what your guys this I should do to my car next?

Well I would:
Tint the window's
Get a dual exhaust
Get new headlight's that are clear(Or smoked out)
I personally like big decal DC stickers(Can see one in your window) But I would put a big red dc decal sticker in the rear window
And I would change the rims on it to black with a hole bunch of spokes(not just 5) but if you want to stick with the chrome rims i would get different rims with more spokes - I'm not a huge fan of just a couple of spokes cause I dont like seeing threw the rims, but they actually look nice on your car - I see that you put red outlines on your rims(Why did you do that?) but if you were to get black rims I would get a red stripe around the rim like you have.
People might tell you to slam it(Lower it) But please don't, I would not look good on this car.

I like this car alot, it looks nice.

 

I got the red stripe around the rim because at night, if any headlights shines at the back of the car the red stripe lights up and it looks really cool.

 

Scrap it. It's one of those cars that try's too hard to be a sports car, and typically people will get the smoked headlamps, put coilovers on it, and just have a huge de-catted back box, when really having a straight through would sound better. The only nice thing is the alloys, but they're ruined by the red light at up night thing. Sorry if all of this sounds harsh, but it's like you're trying to recreate a fast and the furious car.

 

Suggestions:

- Window tints
- Bigger exhaust / twin exhaust's
- Lower front and back suspension (give it the 'slammed' look)
- Front and back light covers, to make it look more sporty and modified.
- Stickers/Decals
- Sound system upgrade, sub & amp in the boot that sort of thing.
- Under the bonnet upgrade, induction kit etc

 

Not much you can do to that ;/

 

Seriously, don't go for all that tint and bodywork crap, it just makes the car look tacky and doesn't register well in public. If you want a good car, save up and buy a real sports car instead of wasting your money in buying bodykits, exhausts, decals and lowering suspension. Because honestly, that stuff could hurt your car's performance more than improving it.

If you drive that sort of "kitted" out car everyday, people will just stereotype you as a dick.

 

Just tint the windows, and put dual exhausts (what all mustangs should have). It looks clean right now as it is, and don't go to dark on the tints (15 percent all around is the nicest imo).

 

Put some subs in the trunk and put dual straight pipes on it. Make it sound like a monster.

 

I wouldn't be throwing that much $ in a 97 (or what year is it? Somewhere between a 94-97) mustang.

To the contrary, if you plan on holding on to it for a long time, and that's a car you really like; do what you will. I used to own a 99, and decided to sell it.

Anyway, back on topic. If you are set on changing it up a bit, dual exhaust would be nice, definitely a tint job, and potentially some fog lights. I wouldn't decal anything, makes a car generally look ugly as hell (IMO), but everyone has their different version of "perfection."

Magnaflow exhaust, body kits, carbon fiber hood, new rims and some fattys in the rear, coilovers.

You can honestly do a million different things to that car.

 

( If even possible ) You should get a windshield with he antenna inside that. Would be a major improvement IMO.

 

DONT, I repeat DONT put some loud-ass exhaust on your car. it's a V6, you'll only get laughed at. It simply sounds like crap.

My suggestion, sell it and get something with a V8 in it. Or simply buy a crate longblock from somewhere like modular depot and drop that sucker in there. A nice '04-cobra-style 4.6 would do you wonders. They're fully forged, so your possibilities are nearly endless from there. 700 ponies or more isn't shit for a Ford v8.

 

If he had money for a terminator swap, he wouldn't be driving around a late 90's v6 mustang. Don't put loud exhausts on it. Just put some drop springs on it and you'll be good to go, don't waste your money on a v6 mustang

I would change out your current mags, and put black mags on it.

Just freshen it up a bit, make it nice inside and fix up any small problems and just keep it like that, no need to put lots of crap all over it.

 

Sell it and buy a V8. This is the only way.
