What's the most profitible or lowest loss for High Alching?

I have no idea what to alch and could really use help figuring it out.

I seariosly think that it is yew longbow, they are widley available and while they are not cheap to some they are available in mass.

 

Yewlongs are good, however magiclongs are better but its hard to get. Most people use yewlongs because its easy to get and you dont loose THAT much.

 

U lose few gp less with mage longs but u can only buy 100 per 6 hours and with yew longs u can get around 5k per 6 hours from GE , however if have someone who fletch magic longs then do magic longs , otherwise do yew longs..

Yea, Longbows are generally the only items that can be alched and not lose much or make money if you craft the nats.. Sure there are better items (like d hide tops) but there not widely available.

 

It's every 4 hours and those 100 and 5k numbers are wrong I think.


And yew longs are not the best per loss, but in the time you spend trying to buy or find better items you could be making money, which evens out the loss.

 

The question is.. What's better?

While I make money I can be buying stuff..

 

Keep in mind of these items:

Adamant plates: 15gp loss.
Rune daggers: 36gp loss.
Green D'hide body: +1 gp gain.

 

I doubt anybody would release any of their great methods, as it would fuck up the item and fuck them up as well, letting hundreds of people know.

Those are some good items as well but EXTREMELY hard to get.
There aren't really any good "secret" items, I would just go with yew longs because you can get them easily from W 132 Yanille bank.

There are also a couple of summoning pouches that you only loose a little, and pouches don't have a buying limit in the GE.

 

How much do you loose when you BUY 1K nats and BUY 1K yew longbows and alch them?
How many gps do you lose on that?

depends what other skills you have.

If you have high crafting then make diamond necklaces and alch them. You gain about 1k/alch.
