How to add a hyperlink on text.

Welcome to this short and very simple guide on how to add a link into text.

When I first joined sythe I didn't have a clue how to create one and now that someone has just asked how to create one it has
inspired me to write this guide. People use this, as it uses up less space and there is no long URL thus making it tidier

First: Pick out your thread you want to have and copy the URL of the thread. I've chosen my vouches thread.



Secondly: Presuming you are putting it on your signature go to 'user cp' and then
'edit signature'.



Next: Type in the text you want.



Then: Click the insert link button.



Finally: Paste the URL that you copied earlier and click 'ok'.



Mess around with some fonts and colours and then press save signature and then you're done.



You should have something like this.

Great guide, i found myself not to long ago wondering how to do this but after awhile i figured it out. Could have used this guide at the time though I'm sure this guide will help many newcomers.

But how can i change color? I mean i put tht i want red but it didn't come.

 

Did you make sure that you highlighted the text first completely then went to the A a little box should come up and just hit the red colour it should work. PM me if your stiill having problems.

 

Put the color inside of the link.... So put the link first, then select the only the text and do the color...
