Is anyone else having trouble connecting to runescape.

I havn't been able to connect to runescape.com i'v tried different browsers restarting my computer, reseting my internet. I just cannot connect, i was just wondering if anyone else was having issues.

Its working for me but lately runescape has been laggy for like everyone i speak to........

 

I see, it's even weirder rsbot won't start up either.

 

It is working fine for me.
First time I've had High Detail on and doesn't lag.

It connects fine, but it's extremely laggy on the server itself.

Most likely an issue with your router/own internet connection.

 

1. Your computer's at fault.
2. This is the more dangerous one. There's a program that you opened that disables any connection to runescape via direct link, rsbot, 3rd party clients etc. If that program is any related to RS, most likely your account is already stolen by the program maker. Try a different computer and make sure your account is still untouched.

 

That's what I was afraid of. I did a scan and found a trojan today luckily i don't think i logged on to rs since then. Oh well, i gotta boot up the computer from the stone age now.

 

Try this bro, maybe your Rs chache is glitched. Go to
C:\Users\Owner\.jagex_cache_32
delete it, go back to runescape, try then. Good luck

 

Im gonna try that now, it is just this computer i tried it on the other one and it worked.

Actually i don't think this will work because i can't even get on the runescape homepage

Edit: that didn't work.

Also when i try to start rsbot it starts a javaw.exe process i can see thru task manager. But the application doesn't start.

Just tried deleting browsing history, it didn't help.

I just tried a proxy, it worked. Could i have blocked the site on my computer without realizing it?

I found the virus it's csrss.exe

 

Disconnected a few times for me today, could be that they're having some server issues. See if it happens tomorrow.
