    All monsters in the GWD [GodWars Drops such as Armadyl,Bandos,Zammy and Sara, Tormented Demons [D Claws], Dagannoth Rex [Berserker Ring, D Axe and alot more]

    What Npcs can i make money off of?
    Also, Corp Beast, Nex in godwars as well don't forget.

    Most slayer monsters are good money.

    It would be more helpful if we knew your stats/money situation.

    If you're 80+ attack/strength/defense and have a salve ammy, I'd go with Ankous. Great blood/death drops, I make about 250k/hour there consistently.

    all depends on your combat lvls, if your around 70 att/str try cockroach soldiers

    Abby Demons, Dark Beasts, Frost Dragons, Bosses, Dragons

    Just look at valuable items in the grand exchange and find out what monster drops them.

    You could go bossing at gwd or kill some easier monsters such as dragons. Dragons are guaranteed certain profit every hour, but gwd gp/hr depends on if you get lucky drops or not.
