Can somebody who owns a Zen please help me!!!

So i just bought my 2Gb Zen Vision Plus and now i installed the CD and plugged in let it recharge for a few hours and i first tried to put music on my own but i didnt work so i thought i would read teh instructions. So i did and all it says is to drag the music i want and drop it into my Media Library/Music folder on my Zen. So i do and i disconnect it and when i go to Media Library it just shows htis message on the Zen: "Select Music To PLAY from Music Library" even though i am at music library atm. Even if i got to Videos, Extras even when i go into the system folder it shows the same message! i think its bugged to show the same message. I turned it off and back on same thing. I reset it but no change. And on top of everything its 4th of july so they're customer support line doesnt work today! Please help!
