What MAY help u get unlocked for..

This is what i did to get my accounts unlocked that have been hacked, or locked for sum reason. *must be true that it is your account*

Fill out all of of the information until you get to the last one that asks for Details or w/e.

Say something liek this.

Hi jagex i have been hacked recently and i dont know what happened.
I wasnt on for a couple of days and i come back and my account is Locked!
Can you please check the ip the account was made on and i bett you it will match this ip : (your ip here but dont put the last 2 digits and say those are blocked for security reasons). Please reset my password, thank you for your time.

Those don't even look like they remotely work. Plus Covey's work better than these probably.

 

Those may work better but these worked 3 out of 3 times for me.
