Well let me tell you, PA is probably the worst company I've ever dealt with- I started out neutral 13 days ago on a ticket with my opinion of them, and frankly I agree with how bad their reviews are, this company has become crap for virtual sellers.

To answer ur question- If its stated in PA's TOS, then u should be okay although with this company I wouldn't gauruntee that.


Also- There might be a clause or something somewhere allowing him to ask for a refund if he's not satisfied with the product and the money has not been released, I don't know if there is or not, I would highly suggest checking.

 

I had people disputing my league accounts saying it was banned or taken back after 1 month of use. They won

Funny thing was, I never ticked "give buyer insurance"

So it was my fault for them getting the accounts banned or something?

Yea, its stupid. I just wish they get their website taken down for good by the law, if only there was a lawyer that could do it for free.

Anywho, they also stole $30 from me. I sold and account and they had banned my account literally after I gave the dude the details. He later saw I was banned and said "the account doesn't work". I had screenshotted sending the email verification and also what a surprise, the user/pass changed. I never gave the details to anybody else.

When I asked them to give me my money at least (I knew they won't unban me). They did nothing but ignore me.

They also banned me for a stupid reason, even the PA dude that worked for 7 years said "the investigation gave enough evidence to ban me" which I later decided to investigate myself. Turns out, I never did what he said I did. He's just a str8 up bser.

 

As an active seller on player auctions I can assure you the 400$ will be sent to you without problems as long as the order is completed.

 

You might as well reply to them linking them to the ToS and telling them tough luck. At least that way you're showing that you're not ignoring their messages.
