Cool, this isnt a scam report, it's a thread to see what your opinions are and to see if i should report him or not, i have the whole conversation up.

 

Just report him... Once hes banned, a kid or two won't erage after being scammed.

 

People keep ban evading, so it doesn't matter if someone gets banned, they come back the same day or next day they got banned, usually that happens, but not sure if it's always the same person.
